Through a business simulation, students apply their knowledge in practice and develop analytical, decision-making, and execution skills.

The module covers normative and strategic management in an international context. It includes business planning as well as CSR and compliance aspects. Students develop strategic thinking skills and learn to make sustainable and responsible business decisions.

The module introduces core leadership skills across various contexts. It covers basic, positive, intercultural, and team leadership. Students develop a reflective understanding of leadership and learn to lead teams effectively, responsibly, and in a situational manner.

The module covers financial fundamentals and forms of equity and debt financing, including IPOs, loans, and bonds. It addresses mezzanine financing and internal versus external funding. Students learn to apply methods of business valuation.

The International Accounting and Business Analysis module introduces key principles of IFRS. It covers business combinations, consolidated financial statements, and interim reporting, as well as financial statement analysis. Students gain skills in value-based management and informed decision-making.

The Corporate Planning & Reporting module covers key controlling concepts at operational and strategic levels. It addresses success factors in corporate planning as well as internal and external reporting. Students learn to analyze financial reports and evaluate financial data through benchmarking.

The module covers financial aspects of internationally operating companies. It addresses currency effects, exchange rate risks, and the use of derivatives. Students learn to analyze risks and develop effective international financial management strategies through case studies.

The module covers the determination of financial needs and decisions on equity and debt financing. It includes capital structure, cost of capital, bonds, and mezzanine financing. Students learn about the structure and implementation of M&A processes through case studies.

Students individually choose a project from their daily work, by using project management tools this project is analyzed and it will be worked on a solution based on the methods and knowledge gained in all previous modules.

The module introduces fundamentals of data-driven financial analysis and its role in decision-making. It covers quantitative methods for modeling and forecasting as well as practical applications. Through case studies, students learn to apply data analytics to financial problems.

The module introduces digital transformation in finance and the use of advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and RPA. It covers automation of financial processes and the identification and assessment of IT risks. Students apply their knowledge through practical examples.

The module introduces principles of corporate governance and business law. It covers compliance management to mitigate legal risks and sustainability-related regulation. Students learn to analyze regulatory requirements and engage stakeholders responsibly.
