Moderne Antriebstechnologien (Zertifikat)

The "Modern Drive Technologies" certificate provides in-depth expertise to prepare you for the alternative drive technologies of tomorrow. It is a further education certificate that we offer as part of our "Master of Engineering" study courses in the mobility sector. This modular system allows interested parties to design a flexible and individualised educational path within our Master's portfolio according to their own needs and interests.

The certificates can be taken individually. The advantage: if you decide to complete the Master's degree at a later date, the certificates can be credited towards the study course. All certificates are an integral part of further education "Master of Engineering" study courses, which are subject to our quality management system.

The "Modern Drive Technologies" certificate bundles basic core competencies that are taught as part of a Master's study course.

Participants will have the following competences after completing the certificate:

In-depth knowledge of the design of energy storage systems for hybrid and electric vehicles
Design of battery systems for use in passenger cars
Knowledge of essential applications of Power Electronics in mobile systems

Electrical energy storage and energy management (5 ECTS)
Electrical machines (5 ECTS)
Power Electronics and Electrical Energy Networks (5 ECTS)
