Guidelines for the Waiver of Tuition Fees for International Students

(Tuition Fee Waiver and Scholarship Guidelines)

The qualification-based fee waiver grants are intended to increase the attractiveness of studying at THI, particularly for highly qualified applicants, for female students from international backgrounds – especially in STEM subjects – and for students from countries that have been under-represented to date.

The means-tested fee waiver grants are intended to enable students of proven financial need, for whom the payment of fees would constitute a particular hardship, to be exempted from the obligation to pay fees in accordance with Section 13(7) sentence 2 of the Bavarian Higher Education Act (BayHIG).

The General Terms and Conditions of Contract apply to all supply and service contracts of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (hereinafter referred to as "THI") - available in German only at the moment.
