KUS Entrepreneurs' Forum 2025

Shaping future viability together

The 2025 Entrepreneurs' Forum addressed the question of what tools companies need to remain competitive in times marked by wars, climate disasters, economic crises, pandemics and social tensions. Under the motto ‘Shaping sustainability together’, the forum provided a space for innovative solutions to social and economic challenges.

In the Future Labs, experts from the Bavarian Foresight Institute developed future scenarios and, in dialogue with other corporate decision-makers, opened up perspectives on pressing questions about the future. The focus was on the following areas:

• The future of the labour market
• The future of the Pfaffenhofen district as a business location
• The future of entrepreneurship and
• The future of digitalisation.
